Veterinary Client Services Representative Needed Now


  • Vet. Tech. serving as technical client services rep. responding to all inbound phone calls from veterinarians and their staff in a dynamic automated call distribution environment
  • Quickly and accurately identify the caller's needs and respond accordingly
  • Reading detailed medical reports and provide results to clinicians verbally, via fax and electronically
  • Providing technical and test information
  • Provide test fees and pricing
  • Process requests for additional testing
  • General office duties


  • At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Tech and/or Associates degree in Veterinary Technology or experience in a Medical Diagnostic call center
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • All applicants must demonstrate (via previous employment or education) a proficiency in medical terminology
  • Applicants must be well spoken and display excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Basic computer skills
