Position Details:

This is a first shift position, Monday-Friday

Job Purpose and Key Responsibility

•Sustain, develop, characterize, and specify photolithography processes. Must have demonstrable skills and knowledge regarding photoresist systems, exposure equipment, and process stability/control.

•Utilize Best-Known-Methods for photolithography processes. Demonstrated photolithography coat, exposure, develop, and metrology equipment and process knowledge.

•Meet operational attainment of Safety, Quality, and Service goals.

•Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations.

•Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and troubleshoot photolithographic processes.

•Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

•Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

•Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Qualifications and Job Specific Requirements

Education: Associates Degree

Experience: 3-5 years

Top required skills:

1. Must have experience and working knowledge of semiconductor wafer fab Photolithographic process equipment, materials & chemistry, and process troubleshooting.

2. Must have good algebraic skills and preferably have knowledge of Statistical Process Control methods.
