Apex Life Sciences is looking for a Technical Recruiter to work for company headquartered in the greater St. Louis Area.

Summary

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for working with human resources to qualify open positions related to the IT business and recruit quality talent.

Job Description

• Utilizes the vendor management solution (Fieldglass) to review resumes, schedule phone screens, and track engagement process 

• Manages relationships with preferred suppliers who provide talent for business units 

• Negotiates rates and work order details 

• Provides exceptional customer service to hiring teams throughout the contractor engaging process Communicates with hiring teams frequently

Qualifications

• Experience using a vendor management solution is preferred 

• Excellent organizational skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required 

• Strong attention to detail required. 

• Strong customer service skills required 

• Effective interpersonal skills required 

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment required.
