Job Description

Apex Life Sciences is looking for a Support Specialist for a biotech client located in Seattle! Please see below and apply if interested!

Essential Functions:   

  • Manage all external customer calls/emails regarding orders, availability of equipment, returns etc.
  • Respond to inquiries, prioritize and resolve customer's problems
  • Ensure all problems are resolved comprehensively and follow-up is completed according to established time frames
  • Responsible for customer complaint processing, data input and fulfilling customer requests regarding service and reporting on repair status
  • Work closely with the Technical Services Department to resolve problems including customer issues
  • Become the go-to expert for the service module in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Monitors and reports on defects and abnormalities in quality and delivery
  • Tracks department metrics
  • Ensures all SOP's and standards are followed
  • Aware of practices and processes utilizing current management tools

Qualifications and Requirements (Education, Experience, Specific Skills):      

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year or equivalent work-related experience supporting service organizations as a service support specialist/service coordinator
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
