MAIN FUNCTION:

The Supplier Quality Administrator position is responsible for daily activities associated with the implementation of the Approved Supplier Program.

  • Contact Suppliers to request documentation according to the program
  • Work directly with Suppliers to obtain documentation
  • Ensure accurate and complete supplier documentation for review
  • Manage file storage of supplier documentation
  • Provide regular progress and status reports
  • Support the development and implementation of the Approved Supplier Program

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Results oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint programs
