Apex Life Sciences is looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator! 

In the Cold Products - Spare Parts Coordinator role, this position is responsible for the inventory management of parts and supplies, and supporting department projects.  Assisting with the identification of critical spare parts and associated inventory levels.  As the primary supply liaison for the department, this position requires frequent communications with personnel internal and external to the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Compile the department master spare parts list by cross-referencing current equipment with existing documentation and spare-parts inventory.
  • Identify and reconcile discrepancies between documented part numbers on P&ID drawings, equipment schematics, and the components currently installed on equipment
  • Coordinate with external manufacturers and vendors to obtain equipment parts list
  • Work with department personnel to identify those spare parts determined to be critical and determine proper spare parts inventory levels moving forward
  • Order and organize parts and supplies needed to support operations, support equipment, and department projects.
  • Perform duties associated with special assignments, maintenance, and repair projects as assigned
  • Must frequently communicate with personnel internal and external to the organization to coordinate activities related to supply chain management, project support, and daily production activities.
  • Performs collateral duties and special projects independently as assigned by department leadership.


  • 2 year degree in Electronics from either a college or technical/vocational school, or equivalent training from Armed Forces training schools required.
  •  Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
