Job Description


Our Client, a biotech firm dedicated to making DNA learning accessible and actionable, is seeking a Customer Care Agent.

As a Customer Care Agent, you will:

Be a champion of the customer experience with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations

  • Ensure availability to our customers via email
  • Assist customers with resending DNA collection kits via email
  • Assist customer with registering their DNA collection kits via email
  • Answer general product questions
  • Ability to answer and close at least 100 customer emails a day
  • Work within a HIPAA and FDA regulated environment
  • Document all customer interactions within our CRM system
  • Be comfortable supporting multiple partner products via email

Desired background:

  • College degree and 0-2 years experience or
  • 2-4 years of direct experience

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Direct customer facing support experience
  • Empathetic personality and strong desire to serve customer needs
  • Proven ability to document customer issues in a clear and efficient manner
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM a plus

Timeframe:

  • Approximately 5 months
