Job Description

Apex Life Sciences has an immediate Contract Sales assist opening in the King of Prussia area. 


Responsible for the timely onboarding of new customers into 

The successful candidate will provide front line support to key accounts and distributors and play an instrumental role to implement and grow the client program.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to enforce data guidelines.
  • Create and nurture relationships with distributor and customer contacts to ensure high data quality and limit risk of business process interruptions.
  • Create, analyze, consolidate and review client and third party product data for accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for distributors and customers.
  • Manage custom catalogs and contract pricing for key accounts.
  • Provide front line support to key accounts and distributors and engage internal resources where appropriate resolve issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • General understanding of the automotive aftermarket
  • Possess SAP experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess experience
  • Be an effective problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Act with a high sense of urgency
  • Possess the ability to multi-task with excellent organization skills
  • Possess the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with customers
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and work with management to implement change
