Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce dossier for under supervision by Regulatory Managers for market notifications and registrations of new products
  • Responsible for label compliance in designated geographical area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for formulation and labeling tweaks to ensure that our product lines are in compliance with regulations in international markets  
  • Responsible for keeping up and understand the regulatory environment and interpretation of regulations for food and dietary supplement and how our products are affected

Main job duties/ tasks:

  • Work under supervision by Regulatory manager, on the projects at hand for geographical area of responsibility
  • Establish Formula Specification documentation for products adapted to new markets.
  • Ensure that the internal regulatory department database for new products, is kept updated with back up information for all formulations to ensure that all necessary paper work is available for labeling, and registration
  • Liaise with the QC/ TS department to ensure that all paperwork and SOP are established to streamline production site registrations, and qualification process. 
  • Generate all formulation related paperwork that is needed for customs.
  • For a specific market
    • Coordination of graphics development and product labeling with in- house marketing team and graphics team.
    • Coordination with external parties (regulatory consultants, distributors, vendors, legal counsel, importers, authorities) to ensure that products are legally compliant

Position Requirements:

  • B.Sc. with 5+ years of domestic or International Regulatory Experience
  • Experience with International labeling and adaptation of finished products for new markets a must - food/ beverage, dietary supplement and possibly medical device industry.
  • Language skills a plus, in particular Japanese, Korean, Mandarin
