Apex Life Sciences is seeking qualified candidates for Regulatory Administrative Assistant position in Greensboro!

Job Title: Regulatory Administrative Assistant 

-MS Office (Word. Excel, PPT) 
-Additional skills within IS considered a plus (Access, Data Management, etc.) 
-Time management 
-Detail oriented, accuracy in transcription of data and everyday work product 

Education Requirements: 
-Bachelor’s or master’s within the science field (agriculture, biology, chemistry, etc.) 

Additional Details: 
-This position will be within regulatory and compliance so any regulatory experience and/or knowledge is a plus but not required. 
-Candidates should be analytical and able to anticipate problems before they occur and able to work in a process-driven team environment. 
-This team regularly interacts internally with a broad range of functions so qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to connect with others easily and in a professional manner. 
-Positions on this team can be long term and it is common that they convert to FT roles. Please keep this in mind when screening candidates. 

-Performs a variety of administrative functions such as inputting data into information tracking systems, researching issues related to internal customer questions 
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular science field. 
-Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. 
-Works under immediate supervision. 
-Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
