Job Description

Responsible for handling staffing activities in support of the recruiting. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed and a quick learner with the ability to master new tasks quickly.  

  • Work with the Recruiter to weave together the entire recruiting process including: schedule interviews; manage onsite interview logistics; schedule changes; and prepare candidate interview documents
  • Track and manage candidate schedules; and confirms interviews with interviewers and candidates
  • Strategize with Recruiter to improve and streamline the interview process
  • Able to take direction from managers and peers and execute on those directions accurately and independently
  • Closes job folders when positions are filled
  • Creates and posts new positions on company website and job boards
  • Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails
  • Creates a warm, positive, and welcoming environment for candidates
  • Provide daily support for Human Resources
  • Manage special projects/assignments as needed


  • 2 years previous recruiter coordinator experience, highly desired
  • BS/BA degree is preferred 
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Works with a high sense of urgency
  • Able to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment with competing demands and still deliver on deadlines
  • Extremely dependable, responsible, organized and able to manage competing priorities
  • Take client service to a new level
