Job Description

Nutraceutical company in Orange County seeking a QC Technician that is responsible processing complaints for externally manufactured products.


  • Processes complaints after initial receipt through closure for products.
  • Investigates complaints with the assistance of the external manufacturer. Gathers, examines, analyzes, and interprets information for investigations and determines appropriate conclusions.
  • Interacts with customers verbally or in writing using clear, effective communication.
  • Prepares trends of complaints and escalates issues related to complaint trends, nonconforming product, etc.


  • Bachelors in scientific or technical function preferred.
  • 2-5 years experience in food, nutra, or pharma industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP and FDA/QSR requirement & quality systems a plus.
  • Effective communication skills needed to provide clear and concise information to team members. 
  • Certified ASQ CQE and/or Lean Six Sigma Green belt a plus.
