RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

  • Assist with deviation, investigation, CAPA and change control activities at company and contract labs, as needed
  • Support tracking and trending of deviations, investigations, CAPA and change control activities at company and contract labs, as needed
  • Responsible for tracking of monitoring method performance, product quality, reagent usage, invalid rate and/or stability
  • Responsible for tracking of logbooks lifecycle and review process
  • Support inspection readiness activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. with  3-5 + years, or MS with 1-3 yrs  of hands-on laboratory experience , preferably in the biotech/biopharmaceutical setting
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other related applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skill a must
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
