Job Description

A well-regarded company focusing on patient therapies is seeking a QC Sample Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work for an industry leader!

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Manage daily routine activities, products, materials, and critical reagents at Clinical QC lab.
  • Work with LIMS administrators to incorporate sample management and stability programs in LIMS.
  • Incorporate samples management for Freezer works.
  • Proactively communicate issues to key stakeholders to ensure a timely resolution and escalate as needed to ensure corporate timelines are met.
  • Author and maintain sample plan documents, coordinating with Manufacturing
  • Receive, aliquot and store samples in support of in process, release and stability testing
  • Support QC testing and reagent preparation if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Masters or Bachelors with at least 2 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferred
  • Familiarity with FDA, ICH and GMP guidelines
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Experience with lab investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other related applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
