Apex Life Sciences is looking for qualified individuals for a QC Process Control Technician position for a growing nutraceutical company.

1st Shift Opportunity: 7am-330pm M-F

Summary of QC Process Control Technician


  • As a QC Process Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of QC duties to determine if materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications and requirements. 
  • Inspects for manufacturing process in accordance with own GMP regulation
  • Follows and manages the pest control company
  • Tests and inspects for In-process material and half-finished product
  • Manages of sanitation for facilities and equipment
  • Inspects of Environmental Condition (Particles, Microorganisms, Light, etc.)
  • Trains staffs to manufacture for sanitation

Additional responsibilities of the QC Process Control Technician include: 

  • Performing tests of materials, processes, assemblies, or sub-assemblies using a variety of precision measuring instruments and test equipment
  • Maintaining all required records and documentation
  • Performing various inspection testing and releases of Finished Goods, Incoming Materials, and components
  • Conducting audits on Work-in-Process Inspections done by production
  • Preparing and reviewing Sterilization Control Documents prior to shipment to contract sterilizer cGMP or understanding of GMP
  • Any QC production experience, preferably in a food environment
