Job Description


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates Word documents using mail merge (from Word templates and Excel spreadsheet).
  • Assists with final formatting of Word documents.
  • Loads documents into MasterControl.
  • Performs QA document control functions, including document login, tracking, processing, approval, distributing, and archiving of documents within MasterControl.
  • Coordinates the revision, review, and approval of SOPs and other documents.  
  • Maintains accurate and reliable filing systems for all paper-based documents.
  • Updates in-house training records in training database.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with electronic document management system, preferably MasterControl.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of “Styles” in Microsoft Word a plus.
