Job Purpose

  • Responsible for implementing and supporting project management processes to develop and sustain electronic medical equipment throughout all phases of a product’s life cycle. 
  • Candidate will utilize and maintain project schedule, financial, performance metrics and measures, and promote adoption and continuous improvement of standard project management practices. 
  • Candidate will utilize quality system tools and work with contract manufacturers to sustain product on the market and expand to new geographies.
  • Supports project planning, project status and monitoring, and post-project reviews. Involved in project status reporting. Implements and supports the use of project management and team collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects in the development or sustaining lifecycle 
  • Apply quality system, procedures, and tools to the project
  • Take responsibility for project deliverables, project plans, status reports, and the gathering and documentation for the project
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments on a wide scope of project management and analysis efforts
  • Support project reviews, providing project managers and team with practical guidance for creating the highest levels of project performance.
  • Consolidate and refine project status into program-level and senior management reports.
  • Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.

Additional Job Specific Requirements:
1. Experience in medical device industry and medical device packaging
2. PMP Certification
3. Experience within Agile Methodology
