The Tactical Construction Management Group is currently looking to fill a long term, Project Controls Analyst Position. 


  • Review multiple construction project contracts, and upload into Oracle. 
  • Manage and issue Request for Services purchase orders for inspection services 
  • Create Progress Billing templates for construction progress, and work with field accountants on completing them to accuracy 
  • Audit Contractor invoices to ensure company is being billed in accordance to the negotiated terms 
  • Ensure all compliance items from book contracts are recorded into Oracle 
  • Oversee documents that are sent it from the field to ensure accuracy and proper documentation 
  • Create inspection forecasts for construction projects, in support of project management 
  • Produce various project reports as needed using SharePoint, Excel, Power Plant, to management team

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of contractual principals and industry accepted concepts as it relates to construction.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of the work and the integrity of the processes. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, good work habits and a positive attitude are essential. 
  • Overall computer proficiency is required

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 years project controls experience, working capital projects in related industry with increasingly responsible roles required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience 
  • Experience and proficiency with, Excel, Word, Excel a must 
  • Computer literate, ability to understand SharePoint/Share Drives 
  • Field experience is a plus 
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
