Job Description


All Production Support Associates are responsible for support activities associated with the manufacturing and filling operations, required to produce sterile drug products under aseptic conditions. (2nd and 3rd Shift)


  • Experience in pharmaceutical processing.
  • One year pharmaceutical experience preferred, preferably in Aseptic manufacturing. (gowning, sterile environments)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Glad to work the 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Open to $20 - $22/hr


  • Set up/preparation/cleaning and autoclaving components (for example, washing disassembled equipment such as from the Waukesha Pumps. Assembly of Vispros and FUS Pumps and associated documentation) parts used in aseptic manufacturing operations.  (Some lifting required, up to 55-60 lbs.)  Any object greater than 60 pounds, not to exceed 100 lbs. must require the use of a buddy system.  This system requires two employees to lift the object. No employee can lift any object greater than 60 lbs by themselves.

  • Receive commodities from the ware house and pass into the cleanroom via the material pass thru rooms

  • Empty the autoclaves

  • Remove equipment and commodities from the cleanrooms at the end of a production run

  • Must disinfect, deliver and stock gowning components to the gowning room

  • Become and remain gown qualified.

  • Stock consumable items, such as bouffant hats and beard covers

  • Stock sterile and non-sterile gowns and uniforms

  • Prepare filter wetting solution and bubble point test Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic filters for manufacturing 

  • Prepare, weigh and package raw materials (powder)

  • Make disinfectants such as Isopropyl Alcohol 70%, Veshpene  and LpH used in Aseptic Manufacturing

  • Refilling Bootie Butlers, replacing/changing floor mats.

  • Document activities in log books, forms etc. in a legible manner as per cGMP

  • Clean and sanitize aseptic production areas.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to work within a team environment or independent if required.

  • Read and understand written instructions as detailed in SOP’s, forms and master batch records etc…. 

  • Document activities in log books, forms etc. in a legible manner as per cGMP.

  • Must be available for overtime and weekend
