Production Coordinator

Job Description / Responsibilities 
• Getting requirements from Sales Orders /CSD and converting them to a production planning. Returning the results of planning to settle the planned delivery schedule of open orders. 
• Manage the needed materials and capacities, retrieved from sales orders, stock levels, bills of materials, recipes and routings via MRP (Material Requirements Planning). 
• Maintain master data for the production part, reflecting the settings how to plan, produce and deliver products. 
• Maintain the data settings of workplaces and capacity, allowing the planning logic to calculate accurately. 
• Work with procurement to manage exceptions and shortages. 
• Working with logistics to connect production planning to delivery and shipment planning. 
• Continuously connecting 1-6 to balance demand against supply in an integrated model, using SAP as the supporting tool.
