General Requirements

This position will require the employee to fulfill the following general requirements for employment:

Education Requirements

This position requires the following minimum education: 

  • 4 year degree in Engineering or B.S Degree. 

Work Experience Requirements

  • This person filling this position must have experience in defining processes and identifying process improvements. 
  • The candidate may also have experience with programs and/or methods to optimize reproducibility and reduce cycle time, manufacturing losses, and overall costs.
  • Experience managing engineering projects for re-designing existing pharmaceutical manufacturing areas and design / development of new facilities.

Specific Job Requirements

  • Engagement in a cross functional team to measure, analyze, improve and control processes throughout the business.
  • Develop and Implement facilities expansions and modifications required to comply with regulatory requirements and support business growth.
  • Supports manufacturing with corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement.
  • Implements new processes and products. 
  • Participates in overall product strategy, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
  • Develop and execute Project Master Plan
  • Develop Engineering Design Specification Documents
  • Develop Engineering Assessments and Feasibility Analyses
  • General knowledge of AutoCad Software
  • Assist users and system owners in development of User Requirements Specification Documents
  • Commissioning requirements and understanding of qualification / validation requirements
