Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as necessary, answering the telephone in a friendly, efficient, professional manner
  • Work with invoicing and payroll regularly 
  • Ensures all work is completed, as necessary in test analysis reporting, accounts receivable, invoicing, accounts payable and all office functions
  • Maintain neat and accurate record system and assist with filing as directed
  • Manage time in a manner that ensures a high degree of productivity
  • Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all company employees
  • Communicate orally and in writing to co-workers. This includes intra and inter departmental employees
  • Promote the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical businesss practices as related to the public and our customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree with at least 1 year of accounting experience or bachelor's degree in accounting or similar discipline 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Responsive, independent problem solver and action oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft products with an emphasis on excel
