Summary of Non-Degree Entry Level Engineer

Essential Job Functions:

  • Gathers data from multiple databases, assembles, organizes, classifies and distributes to various technical organizations.  Follow up with appropriate end users.
  • Acts as a liaison between multiple organizations, both on and off-site (US and International)
  • Uses tools such as Google translate to service tickets from different languages to English.
  • Builds relationships throughout the organization to be effective at gathering technical information from multiple sources.
  • May participate in the Design, preparation, and analysis of data for Part Failure Analysis or Reliability reports.
  • Recommends and participates in process improvements.
  • Supports Data Specialist by testing automated processes being designed. 


  • Must have excellent communication, computer, analytical, math, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting, multi-task, and prioritize assignments.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to accurately document and maintain records.
  • High attention to details.
  • Maintain updates to project status including subtask timelines and deliverable dates.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines and standard and all projects.
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting diagnostic instruments or similar devices and experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
