The primary focus of the role will be supporting cellular therapeutic manufacturing and logistics at JuMP. The key deliverables for this role are completing production assignments with a high quality and timely output.

BLOCK SCHEDULE 5:00pm - 5:30am (42 hrs/week on avg.)

Typical Daily Work Hours = Must be flexible to work the AM or PM shifts.

The working days and hours are as follows:

(Each shift is alternating 36hrs one week and 48hrs the next week, all 12-hour days)

  • Day Shift 1: 5am - 5:30pm, Sun-Tue, plus every other Wed
  • Night Shift 1: 5pm - 5:30am, Sun-Tue, plus every other Sat
  • Day Shift 2: 5am - 5:30pm, Thur-Sat, plus every other Wed
  • Night Shift 2: 5pm - 5:30am, Wed-Fri, plus every other Sat 100% onsite work.


  • Performing logistics operations described in standard operating procedures and batch records (electronic and paper).
  • The ability to work well within a team environment with a focus on customer service in support of production activities.
  • Completing documentation required by standard operating procedures and batch records.
  • Performing tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
  • Completing training assignments to ensure the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
  • Executing daily support operations including but not limited to materials kitting, cycle counts, materials stocking, materials movement and delivery, cryopreservation activities, general lab duties, logbook maintenance, equipment maintenance activities and electronic record execution and review.


  • Greater than 6 months of experience in a regulated or GxP environment.
  • Experience in the following preferred: Good documentation practices.


  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree but can be waived in lieu of 1 year of relevant experience.
