Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Supervisor (cGMP, Solid Dosage, Compression, Blending, Granulation)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee solid dosage Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing processes: coatings, compression, blending, and granulation.
  • Plan, Organize and co-ordinate all activities related to Manufacturing of Tablets and Capsules in order to deliver in-processes as well as finished product samples in defined schedule.
  • Ensure and compliance in execution of Manufacturing operations
  • Provide the support to the operators in day to day activities as trouble shooting.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments such as QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse with respective to day to day activities to achieve the production schedule.
  • To work with product development department in the execution of Bio-batches (ANDA) and validation batches.
  • Ensure effective implementation of cGMP and safety practices at while execution of manufacturing operations.
  • Initiate and review the written procedure such as SOPs, Operating Instructions, and Cleaning Procedures etc.
  • Review and compile the documents generated during execution of Tablets and Capsules such as batch manufacturing records and validation protocols.
  • Training subordinates as per systems and requirements and report to respective manager.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in cGMP, Pharmaceutical Organization
  • Must have 3-4 yrs. hands on experience with solid dosage manufacturing processes including, granulation, blending compression and coating
