Inside Sales Representative for a Bakery Ingredients Company! 

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the Inside Sales processes and systems related to servicing our customers and supporting sales staff.  Establish open lines of communication with all departments to promote exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.  Contribute to continuous improvement strategy that ensures the organization is able to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Job Duties:

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for sales department
  • Analyze customer expectations and use them to set organization-wide service standards and KPIs to measure that standards are being met
  • Supervision of order entry, answering inside sales phones, data entry in CRM, and performing all customer service activities as necessary
  • Oversee customer service calling initiative to call current customers, expand product lines, contact dormant customers, and gather market information in order to facilitate revenue generation

Job Requirements:

  • BS or AS degree
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft word and Excel

o   Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a major plus
