Document Coordinator


Documentation Coordinator (Proofreader) is responsible to ensure the accuracy of product labeling artwork and specifications per input documents and requirements.

Perform labeling verification activities on content, graphics and symbols existing in different labeling components to support new product launches and base business projects to meet regulatory requirements in all divisions.


Good computer skills including MS Office Suite

Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

Conscientiousness, adaptability, and flexibility

Skills in decision-making and independent initiative

Ability to produce results

Ability to function well under pressure and balance day-to-day requirements with special projects


Education: Two year college Degree (Associate) and Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in medical device documentation or working in FDA regulated industry.
