Medical Device company in Orange County wants to hire a Data Entry Clerk!


Performs data entry in distribution systems/database. 

Contacts suppliers or internal customer for verification of data not found within internal documents


• Enter and maintain all pertinent numeric and alpha data in to distribution systems/database.

• Maintain and audit records for completeness and accuracy

• Ad hoc data entry for various departments/projects

• Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent Preferred demonstrated 10-key capability with high accuracy Required Additional Skills:

• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Suite

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

• Knowledge of and adherence to Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines

• Work in a Team environment and with minimum supervision

• Strict attention to detail and accuracy
