Apex Life Sciences is recruiting for an entry level Customer Service Rep. The customer service rep will provide support for the customer support team.

The key job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Taking 35-45 calls per day from customers, stores and dealers about warranty claims, questions, and color matches.
  • Answering 10-20 emails per day from both internal and external inquiries.
  • Looking up SDS (safety data sheets) for customers who already have our products.
  • Entering some complaints into our system for customers will also be required.

Required:

- Computer proficiency and typing/grammar are required skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including phone/email skills.

- Must be proficient in the English language (verbal and written).

- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
