  • Run reports in SAP 
  • Enter Quality Notifications in SAP 
  • Typing processes 
  • Answering customer service main line and directing calls 
  • Monitoring Customr Service Inbox 
  • Entering Customer Orders 
     

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma/GED 
 

Other Required Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Computer Literate 
     

Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Telephone answering 
  • SAP Experience 
  • Typing
