Description:

May perform one or more of the following: Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls, serve as a key contact to end users or customers using or selling any product, May solicit orders for merchandise or services over the phone. May be involved in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via telephone or e-mail and ensure all follow through necessary is done. Work experience or education in a particular field may be helpful or required. Prior call center/helpdesk experience is preferred. 

Responsibilities Include: 

- Cleanup of A/R – two systems currently Tandem and Oracle 
- Assist in various other office duties to support Customer Service while team members are on vacation, traveling or in training 
- minimal phone work 

Skills: 
Knowledgeable about Accounts Receivable 
Strong Customer Service Skills 
Works well in a team or on their own 

Computer: Microsoft Office, Oracle a plus
