Our Client is looking for a motivated Clinical Quality professional that is early in their career to join our team, in a support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a few years of clinical quality experience and would like to be exposed to and learn from various clinical trials and projects. This role will allow the right candidate an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with experts in their field and build knowledge and expertise through exposure.

Job Responsibilities 

• Accountable for start-to-finish project coordination including writing the SOW, driving the timeline and budget management 
• Apply knowledge of GCP to support ongoing clinical trials from study start-up through execution and close out 
• Write and evaluate client’s SOPs to help ensure quality compliance 
• Identify and execute process improvement 
• Responsible for various project administrative efforts such as meeting minutes, agendas, etc. 
• Assist the client and project manager with CAPA and various audits 
• Act as daily client contact regarding all project-related correspondence 
• Complete background research on indications, various therapies, and client business 

Education and Experience Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in life science or similar field 
• 2-4 years of Clinical/ Quality Experience 
• Early stage clinical trial experience is a plus 
• Up to three days per week of client site time 
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS)
