Diagnostic Company in Irvine looking for Compliance Coordinator to join their team!

Summary:

The Compliance Coordinator will provide quality related support services including  Document Control, Training, Complaint and Quality System data entry and data analysis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain all of quality system documentation, including: procedures, forms, quality & company records and external documents
  • Assists with customer complaints/CAPA system.
  • Monitor and maintain training records to ensure training requirements are identified and coordinate with others to ensure employee training records are current.
  • Maintain complaint logs, corrective action logs and Training logs
  • Prepare for and maintain documentation of quality management system reviews, external audits, customer visits, and internal quality improvement projects.
  • Collect and analyze quality system data for metrics and trend analysis reports
  • Assist QA management in the preparation of management reviews, internal and external audits
  • Participates in and contributes to the quality management system
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High level organizational skills with ability to constantly prioritize and multi-task; may be managing several priority items at the same time.
  • Detail orientation is essential. Experience with document management systems desired.
  • Intermediate or higher skills in Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Ability to analyze data create and present metrics to support quality status and goals
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others throughout the organization.
