Basic Function

Performs analytical and staff functions in budgets, performance indices, costs, workloads, service requirements, contracts and various statistical and special studies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing routine and special reports for department and/or division management review and approval.
  • Prepare, charts, graphs, and organizes relevant statistics in the preparation of management requested reports, studies, analyses, and visual representations.
  • Compile and prepares consolidated summaries of information used in budget preparation, cost and productivity analysis, resources utilization studies, and related management requirements.
  • Recognize and discusses problems with superior as a result of assigned tasks.  Suggests improvements in handling and analyzing compiled data to resolve discrepancies or reporting problems.
  • Prepare Contract Action Requests, executes close out and other related documents as required.
  • Organize and maintains pertinent records and files.  Initiates and/or processes various forms and reports as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree or two years college in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economic or closely related field
  • Four (4) years' diversified experience in accounting, budgets, and/or financial analysis work Proficient in ABAP, Fiori development, object oriented programming, third party interface programming
  •  Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined
  • Must have ability to perform statistical and problem analyses while working under time constraints.  Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette
  • Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, the ability to grasp new technical concepts, the ability to learn, retain and teach others new technology as it is introduced in the industry; and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies and standard business etiquette
