Job Description

Primary Job Function:

 Perform design verification testing of devices, including developing experimental

protocols, executing verification tests, and analyzing data.

Build prototype devices to support device testing, troubleshooting and in-house assay


Compile test data, statistically analyze results, and develop reports and presentations to

summarize your findings.

Develop test fixtures to aid in design verification experiments.

Maintain clear and concise documentation of developed processes in a lab notebook.

Assist with identifying suppliers and procuring materials for prototyping and testing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members across the company.

Operate within our quality system to ensure regulatory compliance, including writing work

instructions, test protocols and reports.

Education: BS or MS in Engineering or a closely-related field.

Experience and Training: Previous experience working in a scientific or engineering laboratory

is required. Candidates should have demonstrated an ability to work autonomously and

collaboratively in a laboratory setting.

Skills: The ideal candidate would possess most of the following skills and would be excited to learn the rest:

Designing and conducting experiments.

Data analysis using statistical or scientific software.

Designing and prototyping mechanical and electronic devices.
