Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets.
  • Perform environmental regulatory field analysis and environmental reports
  • Develop system improvements and leaner processes.
  • Establish and track project status and metrics
  • Work on database migration (between two databases) projects.
  • Work on projects of ensuring right EHS training assignments is done through a system vs. manually.
  • Improve EHS systems, such as files cross-referencing, ensuring supporting documentation is adequate, auditing EHS records for correct documentation, etc.
  • Support IT upgrade processes with EHS systems.
  • Support other EHS Systems & processes used by the site EHS department

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA preferably Science, Engineering, Environmental Sciences Safety or related area
  • Any process improvement or lean background a benefit.
  • Possess analytical and logical problem solving abilities.
  • Must be highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to influence without a direct line of authority.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks to support the business
  • Familiar with Federal and State OSHA, EPA, and EHS laws and regulations
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs on occasion
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
