Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Performs a wide variety of reagent dispenser and/or bottle assembly and/or fill related operations.
  • Operates equipment used to manufacture and test medical device products.
  • Performs in-process tests (fill weight checks) to ensure that products meet specifications.
  • Recognizes equipment and product problems and notifies individuals using team specific Help Chain to achieve optimum production levels.
  • Performs repetitive assembly of the company's products into complete packages.
  • Maintains all production related documentation in compliance with internal Quality System Regulations.
  • Assemble Reagent Test or Dispenser Kits per production drawings/ and documents while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Fill reagent dispensers and bottles per production drawings and documents while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned. 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to acquire basic job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Written and verbal comprehension of the English language a must.
  • Ability to interpret and understand production documents and drawings to complete tasks.
  • Basic mathematical comprehension in addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages
  • Work within a team environment in a culture of accountability.
  • Operates in a professional, punctual manner to ensure production goals are consistently met.
  • The position requires considerable standing and/or sitting, repetitive movement, and the ability to lift objects less than 25 pounds.
